This document is a working draft pending final legal review. Placeholders shown in [brackets] will be completed before it takes effect.
This page explains the terms on which content on sixxtuneafrica.com (the “Site”) is made available. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.
1. Site content
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site — including copy, page design, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and the SixxTune Africa name and logo — is © [ENTITY] and/or its licensors, all rights reserved.
2. What you may do
You may:
- view, download, and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference;
- quote short extracts of Site text in articles, reviews, or social posts, provided you attribute them to “SixxTune Africa” and link to the relevant page.
3. What you may not do without written permission
You may not:
- reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any substantial part of the Site;
- use the SixxTune Africa name, logo, or branding, or any confusingly similar mark, in your own materials, products, or domain names;
- use Site photographs or artwork separately from the page they appear on;
- present Site content in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by SixxTune Africa where none exists.
4. Third-party marks and media
Streaming-platform names and logos (Spotify, Apple Music, Boomplay, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon Music, and others), artist names, and any artwork or recordings referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. They appear for identification and editorial purposes only. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use those marks or media.
5. Artist and partner materials
Where SixxTune Africa displays an artist's name, image, or work with permission, that permission runs to SixxTune Africa only and does not extend to Site visitors.
6. Music distribution rights (services)
SixxTune Africa's distribution service is designed so that artists retain ownership of their master recordings and compositions. The specific licence you grant SixxTune Africa to distribute, market, and collect revenue on your behalf — including its scope, term, territory, and revenue split — is set out in the distribution agreement you accept in the artist portal. This Licensing page does not itself grant or vary any such rights.
7. Requests
To request permission to use Site content or the SixxTune Africa brand, email info@sixxtuneafrica.com with details of the intended use.
